本課程之設計，旨在介紹健康政策原理的基本概念與方法。課程中將以一般政策分析的原理著手，並佐以健康政策的實例做解說。課程內容將以流程分析為架構，逐次探討政策問題的形成與感知、政策規劃、政策合法化、政策執行、及政策評估。透過文獻的閱讀、課堂的講解與討論，再加上政策分析的實作練習，希望能充實同學對衛生政策的瞭解，並提昇政策分析的能力。

The object of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and methods in health policy analysis. By using the principle of public policy, this course employs practical examples to illustrate its application to health policy issues. The framework of this course covers the following policy stages: problem identification and agenda setting, policy formulation, policy adoption, policy implementation, and policy evaluation. The course consists of pre-class reading, lecture, discussion and a group project practice. This course seeks to enhance students’ understanding of health policymaking and improve their abilities in policy analysis.
